Excellent rooms, pool and service, we recommend and would return.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the reception to the Executive Lounge. Our spacious, modern room provided a beautiful view, and the pool was a delight. The breakfast buffet was diverse, but some dishes could use a touch more freshness. Great for families seeking comfort and fun!

Wonderful stay with great pool and breakfast options
We enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast that offered a delightful variety of Malaysian and Western dishes. The pool had a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and prompt in addressing our requests, making us feel welcome. However, the wifi could be a bit more flexible in allowing more devices.

The kids loved the swimming pool, while the room had a salty dinner experience.

central location, clean rooms, convenient parking
The walkway to the room had an unpleasant smell!!! The elevators are incredibly slow, and the noise insulation was practically non-existent, making it hard to relax!!! Also, cleanliness needs more attention in specific areas like the kettle and walls!!!

The kids suite was a hit! They loved the bunk beds and activities. However, we faced annoying delays waiting for the lift.

The hotel location provides quick access to local attractions, but crossing the busy highway can be tricky. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Rachel at the Executive Lounge. She arranged upgrades and made the stay memorable. The room had comfy beds and excellent sea views, but some towels were worn out. Breakfast options included Malaysian, Japanese, and Western fare, though some items felt canned or stale. The swimming pool offered stunning views for sunsets, a nice spot to relax. The executive lounge needed more variety and quality in the food served. Overall, the atmosphere felt family-friendly, with good vibes, but the food quality needs a boost.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped care for my elderly parents, which I truly appreciated. I'm returning for a romantic escape.

Ideal for family vacations
Our suite had these amazing panoramic views of the ocean,, we even enjoyed very nice sunsets while swimming in the pool. The staff was attentive and polite,, really made us feel welcomed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but it was still acceptable.

We had a last-minute stay and loved the infinity pool with its stunning view, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone, including our 5-year-old! The hotel also offered a great spa and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool. On a minor note, the water in the shower wasn't as hot as we'd hoped, but it didn't take away from our overall wonderful experience! 🌞

Had a lovely sea view room and enjoyed the jacuzzi pool! The breakfast had a nice variety, and I adored the friendly staff throughout my stay.
But just don’t expect to be serenaded by peaceful music—it's a circus out here! Crossing the road? You might need a traffic lawyer.
